Chalana is a cevicheria located on the Paracas coast. Its culinary offering is based on the Zero Kilometer concept, focusing on local fishing, mindful of the seasons of the species and generating minimal mobility, guaranteeing the freshness of the local fish and seafood. It is also committed to sustainability, set to the rhythm of salsa that blends with the sea for an authentic, creative, and constantly evolving culinary experience.
